2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• •Provide and improve our procurement platform
• •Process transactions and send related notifications
• •Respond to support requests
• •Monitor usage patterns and system performance
• •Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or procurement data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS in India (ap-south-1, Mumbai region). Your data stays within Indian jurisdiction.

Security measures:

• •AES-256 encryption at rest for all data
• •TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
• •Row-Level Security ensuring complete isolation between companies
• •Bank account numbers encrypted at the application layer
• •Regular security audits and penetration testing

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

QuickProc is a multi-tenant platform. Every piece of data you create is completely invisible to other companies. This isolation is enforced at the database level using Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, not just at the application layer.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

• •Service providers: Supabase (database), ZeptoMail (email), Anthropic (AI features), and Vercel (hosting) - all bound by data processing agreements
• •Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
• •Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition

We never sell your data for advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• •Access: Request a copy of your personal and procurement data
• •Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• •Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• •Portability: Export your data in CSV or Excel format
• •Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications
